Digital cards purchased on Giftara represent platform access or support for creators, not monetary value.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
By using Giftara you confirm that:
- Provide accurate account information
- Use Giftara responsibly and lawfully
- Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform
- you will not use the platform for fraudulent activity
Digital Card Purchases
When a user purchases a digital card:
- the payment is processed through a third-party processor
- a unique digital code may be generated
- the digital card grants access to content or experiences on Giftara
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- engage in fraud
- attempt chargeback abuse
- resell digital cards for cash
- misuse creator services
- manipulate the platform for financial gain
Platform Availability
Giftara does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may suspend services for maintenance or security reasons.
Limitation of Liability
Giftara is not responsible for:
- third-party service interruptions
- payment processor failures
- creator-provided content quality
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Nature of Digital Products
All products offered on Giftara are digital products delivered electronically. Once a purchase is completed and the digital card or digital access is generated and delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.
Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital products, purchases made on Giftara are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the digital card has been issued or delivered to the customer.
By completing a purchase on the Giftara platform, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the digital product is delivered instantly and that the transaction becomes final upon delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Giftara, including situations such as:
- Verified unauthorized use of a payment method confirmed through investigation
- Technical system errors that prevent the delivery of the purchased digital card
- Payment processing errors that result in an incomplete or failed transaction
All refund requests are subject to a manual review and investigation process to ensure the integrity of the platform and prevent abuse.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- The digital card has already been delivered successfully
- The digital card has been redeemed or used
- The customer no longer wishes to use the digital card
- The customer purchased the wrong digital card or experience
- The customer shared or transferred the digital card code to another person
- The customer misunderstood the product or platform functionality
Customers are responsible for reviewing purchase details carefully before completing any transaction.
Chargeback Abuse
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a digital card may be considered fraudulent activity.
Giftara reserves the right to:
- suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in chargeback abuse
- restrict future purchases
- report fraudulent activity to relevant payment processors or authorities
DIGITAL CARD POLICY
Nature of Giftara Digital Cards
Digital cards sold on Giftara are platform-based digital products that grant users access to services, experiences, or events offered by creators on the Giftara platform.
These digital cards:
- are delivered electronically
- provide access to platform experiences or creator content
- are intended for use exclusively within the Giftara ecosystem
Digital cards do not represent cash, stored monetary value, or financial instruments.
Non-Cash Value
Digital cards purchased on Giftara:
- cannot be redeemed for cash
- cannot be exchanged for money
- cannot be transferred to external financial accounts
- cannot be used as a currency or payment instrument outside the Giftara platform
Delivery and Fulfillment
Once a payment is successfully processed, the Giftara system automatically generates the digital card or digital access associated with the purchase.
The digital card is delivered electronically through:
- the purchase confirmation page
- the customer's registered email address
- the user's platform account
Lost, Shared, or Misused Codes
Customers are responsible for protecting their digital card codes and account access.
Giftara is not responsible for digital cards that are:
- lost
- shared with third parties
- accessed by unauthorized individuals due to user negligence
Fraud Prevention
Giftara reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or deactivate digital cards that are suspected to have been obtained through:
- fraudulent activity
- payment abuse
- chargeback manipulation
- violations of platform policies
Platform Use Limitation
Digital cards purchased on Giftara may only be used within the Giftara platform and only for the purposes intended by the platform and its creators.
Any attempt to misuse, resell, or exploit digital cards outside the intended platform functionality may result in account suspension.
ACCOUNT & DEACTIVATION POLICY
Giftara may suspend or deactivate accounts if users:
- violate platform policies
- engage in fraud
- abuse refund systems
- attempt unauthorized transactions
Users may request account deletion by contacting support.
Giftara may retain transaction records as required by financial regulations.
CREATOR POLICY
Creators are individuals or organizations offering digital experiences, events, or services on the Giftara platform.
Creators agree to:
- provide legitimate services
- comply with applicable laws
- avoid misleading content
- respect intellectual property rights
Creators earn revenue based on digital cards redeemed for their offerings.
Giftara may remove creators who violate platform policies or engage in fraudulent behavior.
